What is this page about?
The Known Issues & Solutions page is meant to help provide information regarding high-priority issues, such as those impacting a fair number of players, or that are most disruptive to gameplay.
How do I report a bug?
If you encounter a bug in Stormgate, please let us know. Your reports help us improve the game for everyone. Right now the best methods to do that are:
- Steam:
- Head over to the Bugs and Technical Issues Discussion Forum or the Localization Bugs discussion forum if your bug is for localization, text, or Voice Over
- Search to see if anyone else has run into the issue that you are seeing
- If no post exists, create a new bug using the template pinned to the top of the forum section
- Discord:
- Head over to the Stormgate Feedback section on the Stormgate Official Discord
- Search the #bug-reports channel to see if your bug has been submitted
- If no post exists, create a new bug report by hitting the “New Post” button at the top of the #bug-reports channel

Audio

‘Waiting for Results’ Loop at End of Match | Tracking | Players occasionally encounter a never-resolving 'Waiting for Results' score screen after a co-op match. Workaround: Exit out of the Waiting for Results screen and carry on, the XP has been applied to your hero as normal. |
Lag and Delay in Co-op | Tracking | In late-game co-op missions on higher difficulties the game can sometimes become unresponsive and heavily delayed. This is more notable on lower spec machines. Workaround: Use the 'No Rollback' launch option when starting the game and play on lower difficulty game settings. |
Unexpected 'Defeat' on Abyssal Gates and Ritual Woods | Tracking | Sometimes a team may encounter an unexpected 'Defeat' while not hitting any defeat conditions in a game on these maps. |

Pricing and Purchases

In Game Price Listed Does Not Match Steam Price | Tracking |
The In Game store prices for various locations are currently a direct translation and not accurate for localized pricing. While the DLC on the Steam store page reflect regionalized prices, the price of individual items within those DLC packs in the in-game store is a direct USD<>Local Currency translation. This means that the sum of individual items on the store is going to be much higher than the bundled Early Access Pack DLC on the Steam store. We currently do not have a fix for this at Early Access until we implement the Steam microtransaction system at a later date post Early Access launch. Players will be incentivized to purchase the Early Access DLC bundles instead of buying items individually in the in-game store. Regions impacted:
