Play Stormgate

This option is selected by default, and recommended. However there are other options based on your specific interests or needs.

Play Stormgate - Rollback disabled (may improve game performance)

Rollback delivers more responsiveness at the cost of performance. If you have a low spec PC, you might prefer this option. With Rollback enabled it makes the client more responsive by making predictions, but if the assumption is wrong, we have to undo the changes and recalculate. This takes up more CPU processing time, so if your CPU is too taxed, it will slow down your game.

Play Stormgate (DX12)

We are providing an option for DX12 as we are working with NVIDIA to support advanced features (such as DLSS) on GeForce RTX 40 series cards. These only work on DX12 and we'd love for you to try them out and give us feedback.

To change this later, right-click the game in your Library and select Properties. In the General tab, you can select a new option.
