• Open your malware service application, the exact service can differ significantly, the following steps are for Windows Security specifically
• Navigate to Protection History and identify the warning
• Manually dismiss or exclude the warning and attempt to re-launch Stormgate
• If the issue persists, attempt to uninstall and reinstall Stormgate and restart your device
