If you have access to your Onboarding Dashboard at beta.playstormgate.com, you can use the “Claim Roles” button to claim both your @Founder and @Playtester Discord roles.

1. Log into the dashboard using the email that you received the dashboard invite on (likely a Kickstarter or Indiegogo email)
2. Make sure that you’re logged into Discord on your web browser with the correct account before linking it to the dashboard
3. Click the “Claim Roles” button

If the “Claim Roles” button doesn’t grant you the @Founder role, don’t worry — this is a known issue with some accounts. Please fill out the Backer Info Survey that we sent out on 7/17/2024 so that we can manually grant the missing roles to your account. For more information, read Backer Update #54.
