• If you have not received an email from us yet, please first check that you are looking for it at the same address you used for your Kickstarter account.
• If you’re not receiving emails to the Kickstarter account on file, or if you’re positive that your Apple ID was hidden from us, please look for and fill out the Backer Info Survey that we sent on July 17, 2024. For more information, read Backer Update #54.
